With their skills in multi-media advertising, creative digital photography and interior / exterior design, they bring out the best qualities of every home they represent. For their buyer clients, Melanie & Dieter utilize their advanced computer systems and personal web site. It allows them to easily stay on top of the market. For example, new listing information customized according to the client's needs can be instantly available to the client via email. Providing information utilizing technology while maintaining a real relationship with our clients is one of the most important elements in our real estate practice, says Dieter. It allows our clients to make an informed decision about one of the biggest financial investments in their lives. Personal History
Melanie Smith & Dieter Hartmann have been living in San Carlos on the San Francisco Mid-Peninsula since 1989. Melanie is a San Francisco Bay Area native and has lived in San Mateo County since 1979. Dieter emigrated from Germany in 1964 and has been living in San Mateo county for the past 24 years. Prior to their careers in real estate, Dieter & Melanie owned and operated the Miramar Beach Inn in Half Moon Bay. As well as being a great team in real estate, Melanie & Dieter enjoy travel, sailing, diving, skiing, photography and competing as a mixed doubles team in the San Carlos Tennis Club and USTA leagues.
