Searching, Viewing & Understanding the Market
  • We will set up customized tours of homes that fit your criteria.
  • In order to keep you up to date in this dynamic market we utilize ListingAlert; a web based state of the art MLS data search software that allows us to constantly monitor all properties fitting your criteria.
  • We can, if you choose, provide you with New Listing Email Alerts, automatically alerting you daily, via email, of new listings meeting your specific criteria.
  • As a team, one of us will always be available to show you new listings as they become available.
  • We will furnish you with information about the different neighborhoods and communities.
  • We will make you aware of comparable properties in the various communities in order for you to gain insight into property values.
Writing & Acceptance of your Offer
  • Once you have identified a home that you would like to purchase, we will discuss all options to determine the best strategy for structuring an offer to purchase the property.
  • Review with you all relevant documentation including: title documents, disclosures, reports and inspections.
  • As your agents, we will negotiate on your behalf and help you reach contractual terms beneficial to you.
  • We will only represent your interests, not the Seller's.

After Acceptance & during Escrow

  • We will schedule and be present at all inspections.
  • Review with you any additional documentation provided by the seller.
  • Monitor all contractual terms and deadlines and follow up on all details concerning the escrow process.
  • We will try to make your home buying experience as easy and smooth as possible and hopefully even have some fun while doing it.
